1. EDITING
Pictures posted in the
online galleries are largely unedited - we carefully correct ordered
prints for light, color, straightness and sharpness at no charge.
You can also request cropping/zooming by sending us an email (info@brightphotographic.com).

2. EVENT COVERAGE
We did NOT shoot all
rounds of each event, but we did cover each event/class and each
competitor. Please see the chart
HERE for what was and wasn't covered. If you can't find
your pictures, and you've checked our chart to make sure we covered it,
please send us an email and we will help you locate them.
3. VOUCHERS
If you purchased a
voucher at the event, you will be prompted for your code at checkout
when you enter your billing and shipping info. It specifically
says "Pre-Paid Photo Voucher". Don't confuse this with the
"discount coupon" box in the shopping cart.
4. SPECIAL ITEMS
We offer more than just
pictures! Check out our many gift items, INT Commerative logo
prints, collage posters and multi-image CDs. If you have something
else in mind, we can produce almost any custom order to your
specifications, just email us for a quote.
